Return Policy

Please note that all our jewelry is made to order and it non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Delicate Raymond does not issue refunds. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their cart is correct upon order submission.In the event that a customer's jewelry becomes damaged and needs repair due to our manufacturing, we are happy to repair the item within 30 days of purchase. If an item becomes damaged due to customer's misuse, we will be happy to repair with a small fee.

Inquiries will be responded within 48 to 72 hours on business days. (Expect maximum delay response during peak holiday hours).

Return and Repair Requests

All returns and repairs require a Return Authorization number. Any unauthorized packages sent to Delicate Raymond will be rejected and returned to senders. To request a return or repair please fill out the following form. We will be getting back to you within 24-48 hours.
