Processing Time
All orders are processed the next business day after order submission. All of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. We require 4-6 business days to manufacture your item before it is shipped out.
Engraved jewelry require a 7-10 business day production time. This includes: Vintage Monogram Necklaces, bracelets, & earrings; Vintage Franc Necklace's & Bracelets;
Specialty Engraved Jewelry and Silver items require a 2-3 week production time. This includes: Triple Monograms; Bastille bracelets and necklaces; & Montmarte bracelets and necklaces. And Silver items.
Shipping
Orders will ship within 4-6 business days for most items and 7-10 business days for personalized jewelry. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Your order will be shipped USPS Ground unless you select an alternative method. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within the time listed of the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Liability of the package is transferred to the USPS once the package has been shipped. Delicate Raymond is not responsible for tardy deliveries due delay's caused by USPS or International customs office. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct and that an individual is present to sign upon delivery. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address's or unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
Non-Optional Delivery Confirmation
All shipments require a signature upon
receipt. Please provide an accurate address where someone is readily available
to receive your package.
NO SHIPMENTS WILL BE DROPPED OFF WITHOUT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
An e-mail from USPS.com providing your tracking number. You can use this number to visit USPS.com to check up on your order.
An e-email from Delicate Raymond confirming your item has been shipped with the tracking number.
You may also log into your Delicate Raymond account to check your status.
